| Epping Systems Teaming Agreements are used to establish Project Teams
whereby a potential prime vendor agrees with one or more other companies to have them act
as subcontractors for a specific project. This allows the companies to complement each
other, and it offers all parties, especially the client, the best
possible combination of expertise. Teaming Agreements are formed prior to the submission of a proposal and would be fully explained to the prospective client. They are particularly appropriate for parts that require multiple operations which require different disciplines. |
