Electrical and 3D Mechanical Design

Our Mechanical Design staff are capable of designing: Fixtures, Dial Plates, Bases & Weldments, Automation Assemblies, Feeders, Bills of Materials; and Special Purpose Machines. Our staff has experience dealing with with the most stringent specifications like: CE, Ford, GM, VAG, and ISO. Full Project Management capabilities are also provided.

Our Electrical Design staff are experts in designing Special Purpose Machines and Control Systems in general. We have extensive experience with specifications like: NFPA, CE and most automotive company spec's, including: AUDI, Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, and GM. PLC's, MMI's, Hydraulics and Pneumatics are common components in our Special Purpose Machines; therefore, our Electrical Department also work closely with these disciplines to ensure that everything works together. Once the Engineering has been completed we can purchase the components and build the panel for you and program it. Total responsibility from design, to Build, to Program and Debug.
